External Lift: discreetly positioned at the back of the entrance (hidden behind a flower shop), the lift goes up to the top floor. A descending flight of stairs connects the lift to the guesthouse.

Access: with code and magnetic key.

Monitored area: for security reasons, the entrances to the guesthouse are under video surveillance.

Breakfast NOT available: AmiRooms does not offer breakfast, but you will have plenty of choice among the nearby bars and cafes, such as the renowned Bar Pasticceria Nannini right in front of the property, Caffè Morbidi, 200 meters away and various bars in Piazza del Campo. If you want to live a unique experience, I recommend the sweet and savory breakfast buffet of the Grand Hotel Continental. A breathtaking location in our own street at number 85.

Room cleaning: we guarantee a change of bed linen for stays longer then four nights. Room tidying is done daily, but you can choose to contribute to sustainability by foregoing daily tidying and reusing towels.

Where we are

AmiRooms is located in Via Banchi di Sopra #15, in a pedestrian area where access by car is not allowed.

We ask you to carefully read the following information.

If you arrive by car: the nearest paid parking lots are San Prospero and Stadio-Fortezza.

Near these paid parking areas, there are also some free ones. They are marked with white lines.

An alternative solution to hourly paid parking is to leave your car at the Stazione Parking and take a taxi to Croce del Travaglio, 40 meters from the guesthouse. The daily cost is negligible.

RECOMMENDATION: in paid parking lots, please pay attention to the signs at the entrance, as temporary closures may be scheduled for football matches or events. In such cases, you risk not finding your car the next day.

If you arrive by train (or by bus stopping at the train station), your options are: take one of the urban buses to the Piazza Gramsci stop and then walk to AmiRooms (500 meters downhill) or take a taxi to Croce del Travaglio, 40 meters from the guesthouse.

If you arrive by bus at the terminus in Piazza Gramsci, your options are: take a taxi in the nearby Piazza Matteotti to Croce del Travaglio, 40 meters from AmiRooms, or walk to us (500 meters downhill).

If you arrive by motorcycle, you can park in Piazza Matteotti and if you’re too tired, you can take a taxi to the Croce del Travaglio, which is 40 meters away from AmiRooms, or you can walk down to us (500 meters downhill).
